If you want to become a successful Affiliate Marketer then there are three things that you must know how to do and get good at. They are defining and finding hot niche markets, finding and targeting potential buyers and building attractive search engine friendly websites. I will explain each of these areas in this article, and show you how you can put them all together to make a powerful business that will enable you to make money all most at will.

Every successful Affiliate Marketer must start by finding a in demand product in a hot niche market. If you don’t have a hot product that people are searching the Internet to buy you will be wasting your time and effort. You can find hot niches and products by going to Google and searching for hot niches. There are a number of sites that will tell you what is hot and what people are looking for. Do some research and actually find a product that maybe you know a little bit about. If you are new to Affiliate Marketing it will make it a little easier for you. When you have identified the product to market go to a retailer like Clickbank to find a company that is promoting the product you want to market and is looking for Affiliates.

After you have found your hot niche and product you next job will be to determine where and how you are going to find potential buyers and get them to the website that you are going to build. As a new marketer you probably have limited finances so you probably need to keep your cost down. There are free tools at your disposal that will help you start getting traffic to your website. Most people that are going to buy a product on the internet start by typing in keywords into Google or other search engines that will then direct them to websites that have the product they are looking for. Your job is to determine what keywords the majority of buyers are using to find your chosen product. You can do that by using Google’s free keyword tool. You will use those keywords in your website so that the search engines can find you and direct people to your site.

Now that you have found your niche and product and you know what keywords you are going to use, it is time to build your website. Again there is a great free tool that most marketers use and it is called Wordpress. With Wordpress you can build a very powerful website that is search engine friendly and has tons of flexibility in design and content creation. You don’t have to be a programmer to learn how to use Wordpress. You will use your Wordpress website to attract customers and then redirect them to the main sales page of the product you are going to market.

If you master all three of these concepts you will be well on your way to being a successful Affiliate Marketer.
